I'm a nighttime TV watcher, and around 8 PM wear these glasses. Instead of going to bed, later than I should, not feeling sleepy, with these glasses, I find myself yawning and wanting to sleep at the appropriate hour. Together with my sleeping mask, I've migrated to earlier to bed/earlier to rise and feel I'm sleeping better. The skewing of color, odd at first, is something I've gotten used to. These glasses are comfortable for me (I have a small head) and seem sturdy and well-made.
